Bygone Days Transport

This tour takes you back in time to visit Transport, Car, Train or Tram Museums.

The Coventry Transport Museum houses the worlds largest collection of British road vehicles. The British motor industry was born in Coventry in 1896 where the first factory was founded to build motor cars.

The Heritage Motor Centre is home to the worlds largest collection of historic British cars. The centre provides exhibition and storage space for over 250 vehicles and more than 2 million photographs, drawings and brochures.

The National Tramway Museum set high in the Derwent Valley is in Crich, Derbyshire. Trams run every few minutes over the cobbled streets before heading up the valley to breathtaking views.

Full gauge Steam railways include The Gloucester and Warwickshire at Toddington near Cheltenham and The Severn Valley Railway at Kidderminster.
